Whilst we’re not here to name and shame any companies or drivers, it’s worth noting that heavy fines are being issued for tachograph fraud offences.
Recently, 4 drivers employed by a South Wales PSV operator, have pleaded guilty to making false tachograph records, in an attempt to hide their real driving time.
They were issued with fines & costs of £17520 between them.
