A collision on the motorway led to one lorry flipping and crashing as the merchandise it was carrying – dildos and lube – ended up scattered across several lanes of traffic.
Drivers came across a sight they probably thought they’d never see driving on the motorway.
The I40 in Oklahoma, USA, was forced to close for a number of hours after a lorry that was carrying boxes of dildos and lube crashed, which left the sex-themed merchandise to be scattered across the motorway.
On the initial broadcast of the incident, the reporter was unable to verify what in fact the merchandise on the floor actually was but it was soon confirmed.
A Twitter post by Barstool Sports, described what the products in the lorry were as the initial clip of the report gained over three million views and the tweet has garnered over 21,000 likes.
The incident, which reported no injuries, seemed to tickle people’s funny side in the comments section on Twitter with many users commenting hilarious quips regarding the scattering of the dildos and lube.
One user expressed sadness for those who ordered the particular products.
They said: “What a travesty, I feel for those tens of thousands of women who are waiting impatiently by their door for the carrier to bring them their ‘package'”.
Another commented: “Wow. Imagine traffic due to a sex toy spillage”.
A conversation in the comments ensued on whether a sale on the products will take place due to the damage they took during the crash as one man gave his supposed expert opinion on the matter.
