A trucker from Basingstoke has been forced to pay more than £2,000 after he committed a series of driving offences in Greater London.
On January 26, Grant Alan Fisher, of Verdi Close, drove a HGV on Crown Road, Sutton, without the relevant test certificate.

He was also found to have taken just twenty-one hours and forty-eight minutes rest break after six daily driving periods, when the legal minimum is 24 hours.
The 31-year-old admitted to the offences at Croydon Magistrates Court last month.
He also pleaded guilty to entering Collingwood Road with a vehicle weighing 15T when the limit in place was 7.5T, and driving without a front projection mirror on roads included in the London Safer Lorry Scheme.
He was handed two fines of £998 each, and forced to pay a surcharge of £200 and costs of £85, making a total of £2,281.
