A 29-year-old man named Kyle Michael Douglass has entered a guilty plea for his involvement in the theft of women’s underwear from a truck parked at the M6 Stafford Services.
On April 6, he confessed to attempting to pilfer items from a heavy goods vehicle and successfully making off with a quantity of lingerie. This admission came during a court appearance at Stafford Crown Court on a Thursday.
The arrest of Douglass occurred when the Staffordshire Police received a report in the early hours, around 12:15 am, about a group of men engaged in the transfer of goods from one trailer to another vehicle at the northbound location.
Currently residing on Oddfellows Street in Mirfield, Yorkshire, Douglass has been granted conditional bail pending a hearing scheduled for November. It is at this upcoming hearing that he will face sentencing for his actions.
