A sinkhole on Rhyl Promenade in North Wales partially swallowed a Denbighshire Council truck this morning (5th October 2023).
Although no injuries were reported, an investigation has been launched by council authorities.
An eyewitness described the sinkhole as massive, with the lorry’s right side submerged above its headlight. Denbighshire County Council assured that the area is secure, awaiting vehicle recovery, and engineers will examine the incident’s cause.
